Can you blame your body for rebelling against you with the only tools it has: pain and discomfort, or perhaps it is rebelling even louder with illnesses and disease? Most people spend their entire lives hating their body. Yet the funny thing is, your body is all you really have. Lose that, and you will lose everything. Ever notice what happens when you've been really sick? You can't do anything. All you can do is lie there. You cannot engage in your life or with the things you love. Nothing matters except getting better. That's how important your body is. If something goes wrong with it, your life and your ability to live it, stops.

No matter how you think or feel about it, your body is stuck with you. And if you think about it, you'll realize that ultimately your problems and your feelings about your body lie in your mind. Your body is not responsible. Your thoughts are the problem. Your body is merely a victim of you and your insecurities. And it has been left to deal with the neglect, the venom towards it and the hateful thoughts that you pour into it regularly.

It is time to change all that. It is time to heal your relationship with your body and move into a peaceful partnership.
